Built on Tradition
& Passion
At Henry ESP, we are more than just a business – we are a family with a deep-rooted passion for quality and craftsmanship. Established years ago, our company has grown from a small family operation to a trusted name in sports merch and apparel. Our commitment to excellence has been passed down through generations, ensuring that every product we create reflects our dedication to both our craft and our customers.
Our Story

Henry ESP started with a single head Brother embroidery machine in the basement of the family home in 2000. Jodi took on small, local personalization orders while slowly working into orders with local schools. Soon after, she realized that a market for a full service apparel decoration business existed, and she jumped on the opportunity. Jodi purchased a six station Workhorse screen printing press and began pouring hours into her craft (all while raising three kids), building Henry ESP into a trusted local option for quality products.
Since 2000, we’ve definitely done some growing! Henry ESP has transformed from a basement business into a multi location facility featuring automatic screen printing presses from MHM and Anatol, the latest in embroidery technology from ZSK, as well as multiple heat presses, a Roland large format printer, an Epilog laser engraver, a Velox direct to film printer and more. Through our top of industry equipment, years of experience, creativity, and passion, our offerings and quality are unmatched.

Personalized Service, Every Time
As a family-owned business, we value the relationships we build with our customers. We believe in providing personalized service and working closely with you to bring your ideas to life. Whether you’re outfitting an entire team or creating custom merch for a special event, our hands-on approach ensures that your experience with Henry ESP is as exceptional as the products we produce.
Meet The Team
Justin Henry
Growing up around the business for nearly his whole life, Justin developed a passion for high quality apparel, and following his graduation from Wartburg College in 2022 he decided he would try his hand at the craft. Although the design aspect of the job is his favorite, Justin is well versed in every part of the job as he handles set-up, ordering, production, reclaim, and customer communication. Outside of work, Justin loves to travel, spend time with his dog, Millie, catch live music with a cold beer, watch and coach wrestling, and cheer for the Minnesota Vikings. As the owner and operator of Henry ESP of Waverly, Justin has been able to work closely with his alma mater, the sixteen time national champion Wartburg wrestling team, as well as other high level wrestling organizations such as Iowa USA Wrestling, and Don Bosco High School.

Jodi Henry
Jodi started her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the St. Cloud Hospital and although she enjoyed working with her patients, staying home and raising their family was her top priority. After considering a number of opportunities, Jodi decided to take the leap into embroidery, an industry that she had no prior experience in. Through many late nights, sometimes failed experiments and sheer determination the business flourished and grew to a level that she never envisioned in those early days. Outside of work Jodi enjoys spending time with her family, long walks with Stella, befriending stray cats, quilting and crafting a good gin cocktail. Jodi has been fortunate to be a part of a wide range of projects over the years. Orders have ranged from outfitting local softball teams to providing personalized shirts for the 2,000 plus athletes at the Crossfit Granite Games. Through it all, she has met some amazing people and created a business that she is really proud of.
Jon Henry
Although not directly involved in many of the day-to-day activities at Henry ESP, Jon still plays a large role in the operations of the business. Jon earned bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1992 while playing football for the Bulldogs and dove into production management at various companies for many years. He eventually decided that he, like Jodi, wanted to spend more time with his family and transition into farming, like his father. While farming Jon also has been able to serve as the businesses “problem solver”, researching new equipment and procedures, as well as serving as the equipment maintenance manager, and floating among various positions based on volume. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, and watching whatever sporting event is on.
