1. What are your hours?
Monday-Thursday 8-4 or by appointment
2. I have not received my order. When will it ship?
In most cases, orders placed online will not be shipped. The online stores are set up for individual groups and items purchased will be distributed by those groups unless otherwise noted. If you have questions regarding the timeframe for delivery please get in touch with the contact person for your group—usually a coach or captain. Please remember that orders are batch processed at the time the order closes (not necessarily the day you placed the order) and delivery is generally about 2 weeks after that.
3. I’m not available during your normal business hours—can I still pick up my order?
Yes! Arrangements can be made for drop off or pick up after hours.
4. Will you work with customer supplied garments?
In most cases yes. Final determination will be made on a case by case basis but you may be able to supply your own garments. We are not responsible for replacing damaged items (for example in the case of a machine sew-down or mis-print) on customer supplied items.
5. What is your return policy?
All imprinted merchandise is custom ordered and not subject to return or exchange. Please check your online orders carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
